WELCOME ! - On April 18, 2016 we welcomed our new Township Secretary Jillyan A. Sterling.  Ms. Sterling has many years of experience as a municipal secretary and will be an asset to our township residents and Board of Supervisors.  


Former Secretary Deanna L. Cunfer has decided to start her trip to retirement by moving to the Township Treasurer / Sewer Billing Clerk on a part-time basis.  Both are available by calling 570-386-5735.  Township Secretary can also be reached via email at eptwp@ptd.net and the Treasurer at eptreas@ptd.net.  Sewer Billing questions can be emailed to eptsss@ptd.net


Occasionally the office needs to be closed for unforeseen reasons - please leave a voicemail at 570-386-5735 with a brief message, your name and phone number and we will contact you as soon as possible.  You can also email your message to eptwp@ptd.net

Scenic rural East Penn Township is located in the southwest corner of Carbon County, Pennsylvania in the beautiful Lizard Creek Valley. Our Township is bordered on the east by the Lehigh River, on the south by the Appalachian Trail along the top of the Blue Mountain, on the west by Schuylkill County.
